JEE Main 2014 Admit Card | Hall Ticket
Once the candidate finishes the application submission process successfully, he/she would be able to download the JEE Main 2014 Admit Card from the official website of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2014 around March 2014.
Admit card is an important identification proof that serves two
purposes. One, to validate candidate’s entry in the examination hall and
second, as an identity proof throughout the admission process till
he/she is allotted any seat.
JEE Main 2014 Hall Ticket must be presented to the exam invigilator on demand, along with a valid photo ID (driving license, college/school ID).

How to download the Admit Card for JEE Main 2014?
To download the admit card, candidates have to follow the given instructions:
- Visit the official site of JEE and browse to “Download Hall Ticket” link.
- In the portal, enter the necessary details like birth date, application form number.
- Press the submit button and download the Hall Ticket for JEE Main 2014.
Features of JEE 2014 Hall Ticket
- To access entry in the exam hall, it is necessary to bring the admit card. Without it, no candidate will be permitted to take the exam.
- Admit card would be available to download to only those candidates whose application form tracker displays status as “RECEVIED”.
- In support to the JEE Main Hall Ticket, a valid photo ID is necessary to be produced as well. It includes passport, driving license, voter ID or college/school ID.
Safekeeping of Admit Card
It is essential to preserve the hall ticket till the admission process is complete since it might be asked to show at any admission stage. Candidates must save it from getting tampered, mutilated or soiled. Also, it is suggested that either candidates get it well laminated or photocopied. However, only ORIGINAL admit card must be brought to the exam hall.
Important Note
- In case the tracker shows “RECEIVED” and yet the candidate is unable to download the hall ticket, CBSE Helpline number can be called at 8506061071-78 between 10:00 am to 5:30 pm during working hours.
- Although utmost care would be kept on generating admit card of JEE 2014, still some errors might creep in. If any candidate faces such irregularities with the information printed on the hall ticket, he/she must contact the JEE Main office by dropping an email immediately to: jeemain@nic.in.
