Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) has issued a recruitment notification For Specialist Doctors, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Dentist, GDMO and Asst Manager Posts. DVC Vacancy Details :

Number of Vacancies : 50.

Name of the Posts :

1. Specialist Doctors (M3) : 21 Posts.

2. Orthopaedic Surgeon (M3) : 01 Post.

3. Dentist (M2) : 07 Posts.

4. General Duty Medical Officer (M2) : 11 Posts.

5. Assistant Manager (Finance) (M2) – Trainee : 10 Posts.

Educational Qualification :

Candidates should possess Post Graduate Degree qualification and B.D.S, MBBS, or equivalent in the respective subject from a University or Institution recognized for the purpose by Medical Council of India for Post 1 to 4 with relevant experience with good Academic record, Passed Final Examination from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Cost & Works Accounts of India for Asst Manager.

Age Limit :

Candidates age should be not more than 50 yrs for Post 1 & 2 45 years for Post 3 & 4 and 30 years for post 5 as on 01-07-2013. Age relaxations are applicable as per the GOI rules.

Selection Process :

Candidates will be selected based on the QR & Experience will be called for Written Test / Personal Interview.

Application Fee :

Candidates need to pay Rs. 300/- (SC / ST / PH and DVC fee exempted) with service charge as applicable to the bank in the form of Challan at DVC Account No. 31728459593 (Power Jyoti Scheme) at SBI, CAG branch, Kolkata (9998) on behalf of DVC.

How to Apply :

Eligible candidates can apply through online from the web site www.dvc.gov.in from 30-09-2013 to 25-10-2013 and send their applications in prescribed format along with attested copies of all certificates, 4 identical coloured passport photographs print out of the application form to the POST Bag Np. 99, GPO, Kolkata-700001,West Bengal on or before 01-11-2013.

Instructions to Apply Online :

1. Log on to “www.dvc.gov.in”

2. Select appropriate advertisement link.

3. Download Challan and make fee payment as mentioned above.

4. Fill all the mandatory details and upload scanned copy of photograph.

5. Submit error free application form.

6. Retain printed online application form for future use.

Dates to Remember :

Starting Date for Submission of Online Application : 30-09-2013 on 13.00 hrs.

Closing Date for Submission of Online Application : 25-10-2013 up to 24.00 hrs.

Last Date for Receipt of hard Copy of Applications : 01-11-2013.

Hoisting of Shortlisted Candidates : 15-11-2013 (Tentative).
